NWS is currently seeking sponsor/underwriters for our 50th Anniversary 2026-2027 concert season. Each of our four concerts this year features a special commissioned work for band with a reception following the performance in the main lobby. Generous support by the Omaha community continues to allows us to successfully provide the greater Omaha area with performances of great concert band music for audiences of all ages.
Typical concert costs range from about $3,500 to about $5,500 and consist of the following:
– Rehearsal facility rentals
– Part-time staff salaries: Music Director, Associate Director, Librarian, Business Manager
– Concert event costs: Facility rental, equipment transportation, guest artists
– Printing costs: Advertising flyers/brochures, printed programs
– Printed Music: purchase, rental, special composition fees
